Co-Founder
Sristi Mainali has over ten years of global leadership experience within the finance and consulting domain. With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sristi started her career as an audit professional at Deloitte & Touche in USA. During her time at Deloitte she led several key accounts in the Midwest USA and led a team of CPAs and accountants. After a five-year long career in public accounting, Sristi transitioned into a senior analyst position at Dupont, USA. At Dupont Sristi served directly under the executive leadership providing them with strategic guidance to achieve the company’s growth objectives. Before returning to Nepal, her last role was based in Singapore where she led Dupont’s Asia Pacific financial planning and analysis organization. Sristi is passionate about women in leadership and juggles her time between raising her three-year-old daughter, Nitara, and being a rising entrepreneur. She is currently also working as a Managing Director at Nitara Trading Pvt Ltd.

Sneh Rajbhandari

Co-Founder
Sneh Rajbhandari has 10 years of experience working in sustainability and communications. She has an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She currently works as the Communications Director for Curves n' Colors Pvt. Ltd. She managed brand PR, stakeholder engagement and sustainability for Coca-Cola for Nepal on behalf of the India South West Asia Business Unit. She started her professional career in the development sector as the Co-founder and Programs Manager of INCLUDED, a non-profit working to provide education and social services to internal migrant families. She is a Global Shaper with the Kathmandu hub where she's had several leadership roles as the Curator, and as the co-lead for the Nepal Earthquake Relief Project. She is passionate about working in the nexus of technology, art and development and seeks to generate quality work opportunities for women in the workforce.

Shraddha Pokharel

Co-Founder
Shraddha Pokharel has an MBA in Marketing from Ace Institute of Management and worked with Daraz Nepal as a Category Head for Health and Beauty, Women's fashion, Home and Living and the FMCG vertical. She is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Gemini group, a trading import company focused on Korean skin and beauty products. She leads the business strategy, development and data analysis verticals for Gulaafi.

Jastina Singh Thakuri

MUA & Digital Creative
Jastina Singh Thakuri is Gulaafi's in-house make-up artist and digital creative who handles the digital content across all of our social media platforms. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Kings College. She has worked as a Digital Marketeer in a Thai company, Syn-Hub, as a Communication manager at Kosha Ventures, and is a Freelance Make-up Artist.

Manisha Shrestha

Finance Keeper
Manisha is a BBA student at Pokhara University, expecting to graduate in 2022. She worked as the customer head at the Kirana online shopping platform, and worked in all the departments at Swift. She is currently working as an Accountant for Gulaafi and also works with vendors to manage the supply chain. She is an honors student and has been awarded for securing top marks in her 1st & 2nd semester of University thus far.

Peshal Khatiwada

Logistics Manager
Peshal has a job experience of 6 months in the accounting department of Guru Company. He is studying BBS second year. Currently, he is a logistics manager at Gulaafi where is implements delivery, pickup, vendor management, and also helps Manisha in accounting.

Ajanta Awale

Sales Manager
Ajanta has 5 years of experience in eCommerce, completed BBA from Quest international college, had worked with Karnali online shopping Pvt Ltd for 3 years as Marketing Executive . She currently working as a sales manager for Gulaafi.
