How to get your Beauty sleep

Almost everyone has heard the age-old saying from the mainstream media to our parents the night before your special event, "you need your beauty sleep." However, is there really a reality to this famous expression? Is Will getting enough sleep make you look better? Although it certainly won't solve your rage on the road, turn you funnier or a nicer person the great news is, it might change your outward appearance. Less puffy eyes, few wrinkles, glowing complexion, fewer dark circles, more energy, and engagement are some of the advantages of beauty sleep but how to do it well you ask? Here is how:

Don’t eat salt-rich snacks before going to bed: Salty midnight treats are a major cause of eye bags.  That salty chips may fulfill your cravings, find a safe alternative such as an apple or a snack full of protein to complement your attempts if you're already intending to sleep longer for an enhanced image.

No to alcohol: Alcohol constricts the vessels of the bloodstream, which means more inflammation especially in the eyes or face. Liquor is also responsible for decreasing REM sleep and lowering total rest efficiency. Even if you consider a soothing night cocktail, the impact on sleep will likely increase your tension, instead of the other way around.

Do a proper skincare routine with the products according to your skin type: We can absorb nutrients, vitamins, and hormones via our skin, and also what better time to do something about it than when we're sleeping? Our skin will also be clear of cosmetics and sun protection creams that are famous for clogging pores. So, with the right products for your skin type, you can probably make the best use out of your beauty sleep.

Always wash your face: Cleaning microbes and pore-clogging contaminants out of your skin are likely never a terrible idea, it is particularly important at night time. Your skin draws dust during the day, creates grease, and absorbs microbes. When you don't rinse it before you sleep, you will improve your chances of pimples, and when you don't wash your hair beforehand, all that residue into your pillowcase, so if you wash your face the next day, the problem will linger.
